This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the 500rr platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the 500rr platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.
These terms apply to all 500rr platform users, including those who browse the website, register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are acting in your own personal capacity.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 500rr platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your profile details up to date. 500rr reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time for security or compliance purposes.
- Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact 500rr customer support immediately.
- The use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access your account is strictly prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 500rr platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit system bugs, or use the platform for fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Specific Prohibitions
- Distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through the platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion between players, including match-fixing or collusion in live table games.
- Using insider information or unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
- Modifying, copying, or distributing platform content without prior written consent from 500rr.
Breaching any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances linked to the violating activity, and/or appropriate legal action.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 500rr platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No foreign currency conversion is required. Our platform supports local deposit and withdrawal methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, and Malaysian online banking.
Deposit Terms
Minimum deposits are subject to limits set for each payment method. Deposited funds must originate from legitimate sources and be held in the registered user's name. 500rr reserves the right to request proof of payment account ownership before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same user's name. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method, typically ranging from a few minutes to one business day. 500rr reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending compliance review or identity verification. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the user, in accordance with Malaysian tax law.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 500rr platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions or errors at all times. To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, 500rr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including losses due to technical downtime, temporary loss of access, or unfavourable game outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 500rr platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of 500rr or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 500rr platform may contain references or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Term Amendments & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
500rr reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses security and compliance concerns, without prior notice. In cases of legitimate account closure due to a breach, balances associated with unauthorised activity may be forfeited. Users may contact customer support for enquiries regarding their account status.
Term Amendments
500rr reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the official website. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter will be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent Malaysian courts.
